We have a three night minimum booking requirement.
Maximum guests 4 adults + 1 infant (1 year old).
We keep things simple and only adjust the weekly tariff . The advertised weekly rate can be applied to any 3+ night booking in that corresponding week.
10% discount for bookings of 7 nights or more. Maximum stay 14 nights.
A booking deposit of 10% of the total booking value is payable within seven days of the booking being taken.
Prices include bed-linen, towels, heating, Wifi and one bag of logs.
Please note that smoking is not permitted.

We do not allow pets unless mobility or assistance dogs. Please enquire.
Please note the staircase to the first floor is relatively narrow and steep (but with banister).
